2. Refund Policy

We strive to provide the best service. However, refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the initial subscription payment.
  • No refunds are provided for renewal payments or after 7 days of the subscription start date.
  • Refunds are only processed if the user faces critical technical issues that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Cancellation Policy

Users can cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will:

  • Stop future auto-renewal (if applicable).
  • Allow access to the services until the current billing period ends.
  • Not result in a refund for the remaining period unless covered under our refund conditions.
